Refund Policy

Effective Date: Februrary 9, 2026

At Road Ready Pickups, we take pride in providing a carefully coordinated carnival costume courier service. Due to the nature of our services and the advance planning required to secure pickup and delivery schedules, all bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a booking has been confirmed, delivery routes, time slots, and operational resources are allocated specifically for the client. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late requests, or changes in personal circumstances.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a confirmed booking must be submitted no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak Carnival periods. Requests submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled service will not be accommodated.

Service Failure

In the event that Road Ready Pickups is unable to perform the booked service due to circumstances within its control, a refund or service credit will be issued at the company’s discretion.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for delays or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic restrictions, road closures, Carnival-related disruptions, band or designer delays, or other force majeure events.

Policy Acknowledgement

By booking a service through this website, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
